The KaunisKylä online store sells products to companies and adults. The consent of the guardian is required for a minor customer and a minor can only pay in our online store with an online payment. The Kauniskylä online store may change the delivery terms unilaterally. Please read the delivery terms before ordering from our online store. The product images or colors shown on our website may differ slightly from the actual product for photographic reasons. In trade agreements between companies, we comply with the Trade Act. Ordering is done by transferring the selected products to the shopping cart. When ordering, you must provide your name, address, email address and telephone number. Order confirmation will be sent by email. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the personal and other order information provided in connection with the order is correct and complete. If you are unable to place an order, please contact us by email at sales@kauniskyla.com.
After an accepted and successful payment transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the key details of the order. If you find anything to correct concerning your order confirmation, please contact us. KaunisKylä online store reserves the right not to accept orders for justified reasons. If for any reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We offer invoice, installment, card and direct payment as payment methods. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout.

The invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If no payment is made, a surcharge of EUR 5 and interest on arrears will be charged according to the Finnish Interest Act. A credit check will be performed at the time of payment, in which case credit information may be retrieved. You will then receive a copy of your credit information in the mail. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
When the payment method is an invoice, Klarna will perform a standard credit check with the order. If Klarna does not accept your credit application, you will not receive credit and will be prompted to select another payment method. Klarna uses personal information to perform customer analysis, identify a person, perform a credit check and market. In communication with Klarna, the personal identification number is used as the customer number.
